Student User Agreement

Introduction
This Student User Agreement (‘Agreement’) governs your use of the GBCORP Education platform (‘Platform’) as a student. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Student Responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform for lawful educational purposes only. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you submit or interact with on the Platform.
Code of Conduct
You agree to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.
Academic Integrity
You must complete all coursework with honesty and integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
Use of Educational Materials
All educational content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from GBCORP Education.
Payments & Subscriptions
Access to certain courses or features may require payment. All payments are subject to our Payment & Refund Policy, which outlines billing, refunds, and subscription terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.
Communication & Notifications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from us, including service updates, promotional messages, and administrative notices. You may manage your preferences in your account settings.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to engage in illegal activities, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is owned or licensed by GBCORP Education. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.
Content Submission Rules
By submitting content, you grant GBCORP Education a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Platform. You must have the rights to any content you submit.
Course Access & Limitations
Enrollment in a course grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses at any time.
Certification & Completion Terms
Certificates may be awarded upon successful completion of eligible courses. GBCORP Education reserves the right to determine eligibility and revoke certificates in cases of misconduct.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement or other policies. You may also terminate your account at any time through your settings.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided ‘as is’ without warranties. GBCORP Education is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence, subject to applicable international laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other consumer protection regulations.
Updates to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
