Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired payment method, or other reasons, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase for digital goods, in accordance with EU consumer rights.
  • Refunds are not available for services that have been fully rendered or consumed.

Chargebacks & Disputes
